Tuna-Cashew Casserole
Tuna-Cashew Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted), 1 c. diced celery, 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms and 1/3 c. finely chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Grease 2-quart casserole.
In a bowl, mix together tuna, soup, celery, mushrooms, onion, soy sauce and water.
Place 1/2 can of fried noodles on bottom of casserole.
Add tuna mixture.
Add remaining noodles.
Sprinkle nuts on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
