Tuna Noodle Casserole
Tuna Noodle Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 small pkg. wide egg noodles, cooked, drained and tossed with a little butter, 3 eggs, boiled and chopped, 1 large can tuna, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 8 oz. cheddar cheese, cubed (more cheese may be used if desired; save some for top), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Make a white sauce with 3 tablespoons of margarine, 3 tablespoons flour and 2 cups of milk.
Salt and pepper to taste. Mix noodles, soup and white sauce together.
Add cheese, eggs and tuna; mix just to blend.
Bake in a large baking dish for 30 minutes at 300Β°.
