Tuna Salad Sandwiches
Tuna Salad Sandwiches is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) can tuna, 3 hard-boiled eggs, grated, 1/4 c. sweet salad cubes, 1/4 c. or more mayonnaise and 12 to 14 slices bread, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Drain tuna.
Place in a bowl. Flake with fork. Add eggs, salad cubes and enough mayonnaise to make mixture spreadable.
Mix well. Spread tuna salad on half the bread slices. Top with remaining bread slices. Trim crusts from sandwiches. Cut each sandwich into 4 squares.
Serve sandwiches with favorite potato or corn chips. Yields 6 to 7 servings.
