Turkey Chow Mein
Turkey Chow Mein is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. margarine, 1 green pepper, thinly sliced, 1 c. sliced celery, 1 3/4 c. chicken broth and 2 tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat margarine in a large frying pan.
Saute green pepper and celery for 2 minutes.
Add chicken broth.
Blend cornstarch with cold water and soy sauce.
Gradually stir into broth.
Add onion soup mix.

Add turkey, mushrooms, water chestnuts and bean sprouts.
Serve over rice or chow mein noodles.
