Turkey Tetrazzini
Turkey Tetrazzini is an impressive dinner you can prepare in about 2 hours 14 minutes. Made with (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, oleo, small onion, diced, c. all-purpose flour and c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
About 1 hour before serving, in saucepot, cook spaghetti as label directs, drain and return to saucepot.
Meanwhile, over medium heat, in a 2-quart saucepan in oleo, cook onion until tender.
Stir in flour until blended.
Gradually stir in milk, mushrooms with their liquid, bouillon and salt.
Cook, stirring until mixture is slightly thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in cheese.
Tear bread into crumbs.
Add to 3 tablespoons melted oleo.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Add sauce mixture and turkey to spaghetti.
Spoon into 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
Top with bread crumbs.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes.
