Twice Baked Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 6 medium baking potatoes, 1/2 c. warm milk or cream, 3 tbsp. margarine, salt and pepper and grated cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Scrub potatoes.
Bake in hot oven 45 to 60 minutes. When done, cut crisscross on top and scoop out potato; mash.
Add milk, margarine and seasoning.
Refill potato shells and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Return to oven until cheese is melted.
