Twice Baked Potatoes
Twice Baked Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium baking potatoes, rubbed with vegetable oil, 1/2 c. softened oleo, 2 c. cheddar cheese, divided, 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream and 1/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Wash potatoes and rub with oil.
Bake at 400° for 1 hour or until done.
Cut in half lengthwise.
Carefully scoop out pulp, leaving shells intact.
Mash pulp; stir in oleo, 1 1/2 cups of cheese, sour cream, milk, salt and pepper.
Stuff shells with potato mixture and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
