Grease 13 x 9-inch pan.
Combine baking cocoa and baking soda. Blend in 1/3 cup melted margarine.
Add boiling water and stir until well blended.
Stir in sugar, eggs and remaining melted margarine.
Add flour, vanilla and salt.
Stir in pecans and chocolate chunks.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
