Vanilla Ice Cream
Vanilla Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 boxes (3 1/2 oz.) vanilla pudding (not instant), 6 large eggs, 2 large cans cream, 3 c. sugar and 5 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine pudding, eggs and milk.
Cook just until boiling. Strain into 4-quart ice cream freezer can.
Add cream, sugar and vanilla.
Add enough milk to fill freezer can 3/4 full. Refrigerate 2 to 5 hours.
Freeze in ice cream freezer as directed with freezer.
