Vanilla Ice Cream
Vanilla Ice Cream is an easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 c. sugar, 3 tsp. unflavored gelatin, 8 c. half and half, 2 eggs, beaten and 2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine 1/2 cup sugar and gelatin, stir and add remaining sugar and 1/2 the cream.
Heat until dissolved.
Slowly blend in egg. Cook and stir until thickened, about 1 minute.
Strain.
Chill. Add remaining cream and vanilla.
Churn in ice cream freezer.
