Vanilla Ice Cream
Vanilla Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 1 1/4 c. sugar, 1 qt. half and half, 1/2 c. salt and dash of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In blender beat eggs.
Gradually add sugar.
Mixture will be thick.
Add a little half and half.
Add vanilla and dash of salt. Pour remaining half and half into ice cream freezer.
Add a layer of ice cubes. Pour 1/2 cup salt over ice.
Continue layering. Pour 1 cup water over top of layers.
About 30 minutes in electric ice cream freezer.
