Vegetable Burger Soup
Vegetable Burger Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. ground beef, 16 oz. can stewed tomatoes, 8 oz. can tomato sauce, 2 c. water and 10 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In Dutch oven or large heavy saucepan, lightly brown ground beef.
Drain off excess fat.
Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, vegetables, onion soup mix and sugar.
Bring to boiling. Reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes or more.
