Veggie Pizza
Veggie Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. crescent rolls, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 2/3 c. mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. hidden valley powder mix and veggies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Spread crescent rolls out on a 10 x 13-inch pan.
Seal edges. Bake according to directions.
Mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise and Hidden Valley mix.
Spread mix on cooled rolls. Put veggies on top (whichever you prefer): sliced mushrooms, tomatoes, green onions, broccoli, black olives, green pepper and lettuce.
Top with shredded cheese.
Cut into squares and serve from pan.
