Venus De Milo Soup
Venus De Milo Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburg, 1 (1 qt. 14 oz.) large can chicken broth or 1 qt. 14 oz. water and 3 chicken bouillon cubes, another qt. water, 2 stalks celery and 1 (14 oz.) can tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Fry hamburg and drain grease.
Add broth, water, Lipton soup mix and celery.
Boil 20 minutes.
Add tomatoes and vegetables. Boil 15 minutes.
Add rice and Worcestershire sauce.
Boil 10 minutes.
Makes quite a bit.
Freeze some for later.
