Very Berry Muffins
Very Berry Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 3 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1 c. fresh or frozen berries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Sift all the dry ingredients together except topping.
Add berries and mix until well coated.
In small bowl, beat eggs well and add melted butter and milk.
Quickly stir liquid mixture into dry mix.
Stir just until blended.
Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
Sprinkle a teaspoon of cinnamon sugar on top of each muffin.
Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick tests clean.
Yields 24.
