Virginia's Meat Loaf
Virginia'S Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, 2 eggs, slightly beaten, 1 c. catsup, 1 tsp. hot sauce and 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine all ingredients.
Mix well.
Shape into a loaf.
Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 1 hour.
After meat loaf is cooked, take out of oven.
Mix 1 cup catsup and 1 tablespoon firmly packed brown sugar.
Pour over meat loaf.
Turn oven down to 200°.
Bake 20 minutes longer.
