Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
Beat eggs and sugar; gradually add to first 3 ingredients.
Mix in oil; add melted chocolate, vanilla and nuts.
Turn into 7 x 11-inch greased pan. Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes.
Turn out.
Frost if desired.
