Wet Burrito Casserole
Wet Burrito Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sour cream, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 lb. hamburger, 1 medium onion, chopped and 1 pkg. taco seasoning, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix sour cream and soup.
Put 1/2 of mixture in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Brown hamburger, onion and green pepper.
Add mushrooms, seasoning and beans just to heat.
Put hamburger mixture in taco shells.
Place in pan on top of sour cream mixture.
Top with remaining sour cream mixture, then cheese. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
