Mix the first 3 ingredients together.
Stir in sour milk.
Sift together flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
Add dry ingredients to mixture.
Stir in nuts and raisins and fold in Wheaties.
Chill dough and drop by teaspoon about 2-inches apart on greased baking pan.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350Β°.
