White Christmas Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 5 c. cheerios, 5 c. peanut butter cap'n crunch, 3 c. miniature marshmallows, 3 c. spanish peanuts and 2 lb. white chocolate or brown chocolate, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix the first 4 ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Melt chocolate in microwave or in a double boiler, being careful not to overheat.
Pour over cereal mixture and blend thoroughly. Spread thin on waxed paper.
When cool, break into pieces and store in airtight container.
Makes 1 gallon of candy treats.
