Melt butter in large frying pan.
Add olive oil and garlic. Bring to a slow boil.
Add all the rest of the ingredients except parsley.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
Add parsley.
Serve over spinach fettucini.
