Sprinkle chicken with cornstarch.
Turn wok to high heat.
Add oil.
Add chicken.
Toss about 3 to 5 minutes.
Add green pepper and mushrooms, toss about 2 minutes more.
Add sugar and oyster sauce. Mix.
Add broth at end.
Serve with or over rice.
