Year Round Cabbage Slaw
Year Round Cabbage Slaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium cabbage, shredded, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 sweet pepper, chopped, 1 medium size canned pimento, drained and 1/2 cup honey, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix together cabbage, onion, pepper and pimento.
Set aside. In pan mix honey, oil, vinegar, sugar and salt.
Boil hard 1 minute.
Pour over slaw.
Mix well.
Seal in refrigerator for 3 days.
Good until it is used up.
