Zucchini Casserole
Zucchini Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 pkg. seasoned stuffing mix, 1/3 c. melted oleo, 3 c. zucchini, grated, 2 c. grated carrots and 1 onion, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix stuffing with oleo; cook zucchini slightly and drain well. Combine zucchini, half the stuffing mixture, carrots, onion, soup and sour cream.
Place in lightly greased baking dish. Sprinkle other half of stuffing mixture over top.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
