Zucchini Oatmeal Muffins

Preheat
Mix together eggs, squash and oil. In another beat eggs.
Stir in zucchini and oil. Stir egg mixture all at once into dry ingredients (which have been blended together) just until flour is moistened.
Batter will lumpy. Pour into 18 greased muffin cups.
Bake 25 minutes at 400Β°.
