Zucchini-Sausage Casserole
Zucchini-Sausage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. cubed summer squash (yellow, zucchini and/or patty pan), 1 lb. bulk sausage, cooked and drained, 1 c. dry bread crumbs, 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped and 1/4 c. red pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place squash in small amount of water in large saucepan; cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender.
Drain.
Add all remaining ingredients; mix well.
Transfer to greased 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 325Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
