SPAM® is not something I eat often but when I do, I like it extra crispy. I found a can in the pantry and decided to give it a go in the air fryer. The outside was far crispier than you get in a skillet on the stovetop and the inside stayed nice and tender.

👨‍🍳 Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Whisk mayonnaise, Sriracha, and ketchup together in a small bowl.

Set dipping sauce aside.

Place luncheon meat fries into the air fryer basket without overcrowding.

Work in batches if needed.

Fry for 6 minutes.

Flip fries using tongs.

Cook to desired crispness, about 4 minutes more.

Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.

Serve with dipping sauce.
