Aunt El's Cheesecake
Aunt El'S Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 2 lb. sour cream, 6 eggs, 2 1/2 c. sugar and 2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine softened cream cheese and sugar in a large mixing bowl.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating on high.
Put half the salt, vanilla, cornstarch and sour cream.
Mix well.
Add remaining half until well mixed.
Grease a 9 x 3 3/4-inch spring-form pan with butter or margarine.
Line pan with 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs.
Bake at 375Β° for 1 hour.
Turn off oven and leave for an additional hour with oven door closed.
