Autumn Cheesecake
Autumn Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. graham cracker crumbs, 3 tbsp. sugar, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 c. melted butter and 2- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine first 4 ingredients and press onto the bottom of a 9 in. spring form pan.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing well @ medium speed with an electric mixer.
Add eggs, one at a time, mix well.
Blend in vanilla and pour over crust.
Mix apples, sugar, cinnamon and spread over cream cheese layer.
Sprinkle with pecans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Loosen cake from rim of pan.
Cool completely before removing rim of pan.
Chill.
