Baked Fish with Salsa
Baked Fish With Salsa is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. fish fillets, 2 tbsp. olive oil and salsa prepared sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Cut fillets into serving size portions.
Rub with 2 tablespoons olive oil and sprinkle lightly with salt and ground pepper.
Place fish in one layer in baking dish.
Cover with foil and bake in 425Β° oven about 20 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from oven and spread thin layer of salsa over top.
Return to oven for 3 to 5 minutes.
