Baked German Pancake
A puffy, oven-baked Dutch baby that rises golden at the edges. Apples sauteed in butter, sugar, and warm spices fill its cratered center for a brunch showstopper.
👨🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°.
Melt butter in heavy ovenproof skillet. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.
Pour into hot skillet. Bake 15 minutes. Prick bottom of pancake with fork. Reduce heat to 350° and bake 10 minutes longer.
