Blend eggs, milk, flour, salt and vanilla in blender.
Then melt 2-3 teaspoons margarine in 2 pie pans in oven.
Pour batter into pan (1/2 inch each pie pan) - DON'T STIR.
Bake at 425Β° for 15-20 minutes.
Serve warm with powdered sugar and lemon juice icing, or with powdered sugar and apples or strawberries.
