Baked Salmon
Baked Salmon is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (4 to 6 lb.) whole dressed salmon, salt and pepper, 1 tbsp. butter, softened, 4 onion slices and 4 lemon slices, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Wash salmon and pat dry.
Sprinkle inside with salt and pepper. Arrange overlapping slices of onion, lemon and parsley in cavity. Brush salmon with oil.
Place in well-oiled or foil-lined baking pan.
Bake in 450Β° oven.
Bake, allowing 10 minutes baking time per inch of thickness.
Should flake easily when done of thickest part. Do not turn.
