Made with 12 medium roma tomatoes, 3 to 6 garlic cloves, minced, 1/2 c. chopped parsley, 1/2 c. olive oil and 1 lb. dry spaghetti, cooked according to directions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cut tomatoes in half lengthwise; set cut side up in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
