Baked Vegetable Medley
Baked Vegetable Medley is an easy dinner. Made with 1 fresh head cauliflower, 1 fresh head broccoli, 2 c. carrots, scraped, 1 large sweet onion, sliced and 1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Separate cauliflower and broccoli into florets.
Cut carrots into 2 to 3-inch pieces.
Into a casserole dish, that has been sprayed with vegetable oil, place vegetables evenly.
Slice butter into several "pats" and place on top of mixture.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour, or until tender.
