Banana Peach Rice Pudding
Banana Peach Rice Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can sliced cling peaches, 2 medium size bananas, 1 lb. deli rice pudding, 1 (8 oz.) container peach low-fat yogurt and mint leaves for garnish, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Drain peaches.
Reserve a few peach slices for garnish; coarsely chop remaining peaches.
Slice bananas.
In medium bowl, stir rice pudding, peach yogurt, chopped peaches and all but 12 slices of banana.
Spoon pudding mixture into 4 dessert bowls. Garnish with mint leaves and reserved peach and banana slices. Makes 4 servings.
