Banana Split Ice Cream
Banana Split Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 6 c. milk, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 (14 oz.) can eagle brand milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Beat eggs until frothy.
Gradually add sugar, beating until thick.
Add milk and salt.
Mix well.
Pour this mixture into large saucepan.
Cook over low heat until thoroughly heated. Combine egg mixture, Eagle Brand milk and cream with vanilla. Stir well.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into ice cream freezer.
Freeze and ripen at least 1 hour.
Makes 1 gallon.
