Beef and Bean Enchiladas
Beef And Bean Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground chuck, 1 can refried beans, 1 pkg. flour tortillas, 1 can chili bean soup and 1 can milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Brown the ground chuck with onions.
Drain and stir in refried beans.
Remove from heat.
In saucepan, heat soup, milk, water and tomato sauce.
Wrap 6 tortillas in paper towel and heat 1 minute on High in microwave.
Wrap tortillas with meat filling.
Place wrapped tortillas in baking dish.
Add sauce over top of tortillas.
Bake in oven at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Five minutes before ready to remove, add cheese on top.
