Beef and Noodle Casserole
Beef And Noodle Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 c. chopped green pepper and 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In a large skillet, brown beef.
Remove beef and drain fat. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Saute onion and pepper until tender.
Add beef, Worcestershire sauce, noodles and soups; mix well.
Spoon into a greased 3-quart casserole; top with shredded cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
