Beef Stir-Fry
Beef Stir-Fry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. stew meat, 3 carrots, 2 bell peppers, 1 onion and 1 can b & b mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Cut stew meat into thin pieces.
Brown meat and drain fat. While meat is browning, saute onions in separate pan in 1/4 cup butter.
Saute carrots, bell peppers and mushrooms each in 1/4 cup butter.
Add onions, carrots, bell peppers and mushrooms to the meat; salt and pepper to taste.
Add teriyaki sauce.
Let simmer on low for 10 minutes.
Cook rice according to directions.
Serve meat and vegetables over rice.
Serves about 4 people.
(Three pounds chicken or 2 links smoked sausage may be substituted for the stew meat.)
