Biscuit Muffins is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sour cream, 1/3 c. lemon-lime soft drink, 2 c. biscuit mix and 3 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted and divided, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine sour cream and soft drink in a medium bowl.
Stir in biscuit mix with a fork until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon into lightly greased miniature muffin pans. Brush with half of butter. Bake at 350Β° for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with remaining butter and serve immediately. Yield: 2 dozen.
