Black Bean 'n Olive Salsa
Black Bean 'N Olive Salsa is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. drained and rinsed canned black beans, divided, 1 (16 oz.) jar mild or medium chunk and thick garden style salsa, 3/4 c. coarsely chopped ripe olives, 1/2 c. whole kernel corn and 2 tsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
In medium bowl, mash 1/2 cup black beans with a fork.
Stir in salsa, remaining black beans, olives, corn, lemon juice and remaining seasoning.
Chill at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve as a dip with chips.
