Blueberry Muffins
Blueberry Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, sifted, 1/3 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Preheat oven to 400°.
Grease muffin tins.
Sift flour with sugar, baking powder and salt.
Measure milk in a 2 cup measure. Add oil and egg.
Blend well.
Make a well in center of flour mixture and pour in milk mixture all at once; stir quickly with a fork, just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Fold in blueberries.
Dip batter with a 1/4 cup measure, not quite full, and put into muffin cups.
The cups should be slightly more than half full.
Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes or until muffins are golden brown.
