Bread Pudding
Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 yeast rolls, 2 c. milk, 4 eggs, beaten, 1 stick butter and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Tear rolls into small pieces and soak in milk for approximately 30 minutes.
Beat eggs and fold into rolls and milk. Melt butter in a 9 x 12-inch glass baking dish.
Pour in bread mixture.
Add sugar, nutmeg and vanilla.
Mix in pineapple or raisins.
Bake at 300Β° for 30 minutes or until firm.
Serve warm or cold.
