Broccoli-Chicken Casserole
Broccoli-Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. diced cooked chicken, 10 oz. fresh or frozen broccoli, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/3 c. mayonnaise and 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place chicken and broccoli in bottom of a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Combine salt, mayonnaise, chicken soup, lemon juice and curry powder.
Mix and spread over chicken and broccoli.
Top with Cheddar and bread crumbs.
Bake at 350Β°, uncovered, for 25 minutes until boiling.
Serves 4.
