Carrot Bundt Cake
Carrot Bundt Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. all-purpose flour, 2 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. baking soda, 1 tbsp. cinnamon and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Grease and flour Bundt pan.
Mix flour, sugar, soda, cinnamon and salt in large mixing bowl.
In a small bowl beat eggs slightly.
Stir in vanilla and oil.
Next, stir in carrots, applesauce, egg mixture and nuts into flour until moistened.
Spoon into Bundt pan.
Cook 1 hour and 20 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in pan.
Flip onto plate.
Mix powdered sugar with 5 tablespoons water until smooth.
Use this to ice the cake.
