Cashew Chicken
Cashew Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with chicken strips, 3 c. water, 5 chicken bouillon cubes, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in 1/4 c. water and 2 tsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Fry strips and cut in 1-inch pieces.
In a large saucepan, boil water and bouillon cubes.
Stir in sugar and cornstarch mix. Add oyster sauce and cook 1 or 2 minutes.
Pour sauce over chicken strips and sprinkle with cashews and green onion slices. Serve over cooked rice.
