Cheesecake
Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. crushed graham crackers, 2 tbsp. melted butter, 1 c. milk, 1 1/2 lb. cream cheese and 3 eggs, separated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix graham cracker crumbs with 1 tablespoon sugar and melted butter.
Sprinkle on bottom of greased 9-inch spring-form pan. Cook and stir contents of vanilla pudding with 1/2 cup sugar and milk.
Bring to full boil.
Remove from heat and cover.
Beat cream cheese; beat in egg yolks, lemon juice, salt and pudding. Beat 3 egg whites to peaks; fold into cheese mixture.
Bake at 425Β° for 30 minutes, until set in center.
