Chewy Chocolate Cookies
Chewy Chocolate Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. butter, softened, 3/4 c. cocoa, 2 c. sugar, 2 eggs and 2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
Blend into creamed mixture.
Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake cookies at 350Β° for 8 to 9 minutes. Baked cookies will be soft.
They will puff while baking and flatten while cooling.
Cool slightly, then remove from cookie sheet.
Makes about 4 dozen.
