Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts, 3/4 box minute rice, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. stuffing mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Stew chicken until tender.
Remove skin and debone; dice meat. Save broth.
Place rice in bottom of a 2-quart baking dish.
Cover with 1 cup broth and diced chicken.
Pour a blended mixture of the 2 cans of soup and milk over the chicken.
Heat butter and 1/4 cup broth until butter melts.
Mix in the stuffing mix; spread evenly over casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes, until browned. Serves 6 to 8.
